A 40-year-old Westmont man was arrested last week after officers investigated a report of a naked man having jumped from a second-floor apartment window in the 5900 block of South Cass Avenue, police said. Police said they found Kevin M. Terrell near the apartment building, covered him with a blanket and charged him with disorderly conduct.
