A 50-year-old local resident told police she was struck on the head, knocked to the ground and robbed of her wallet containing $694 Friday by three men in her driveway on the 100 block of Pecos Circle, police said. The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics, police said. All three men ran away, police said.
