– Joseph R. Pino, 25, of the 900 block of West Main Street, was charged with battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass after a fight Sunday at a pub on the 100 block of East Main Street, police said. Pino is alleged to have struck the bar owner in the face, smashed a beer mug against a table and refused to leave the premises.
