Woody Magloire, 22, of the 300 block of West Willow Road, Prospect Heights, on Wednesday was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to property after he allegedly smashed a mailbox with his fist earlier this month, police said. Magloire allegedly shattered the $50 mailbox while arguing with a friend on May 17 in the 1500 block of Laguna Court in Wheeling, police said. Magloire is scheduled to appear in court on June 28.
