A 20-year-old Crystal Lake woman was arrested Wednesday on charges of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, police said. Charged was Nicole Prokopczyk, of the 3700 block of Highview Drive, police said. She was released on a signature bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 6, police said.
