Joan M. Vaughn, 35, of the 600 block of Oriole Court, Grayslake, was arrested Sunday on U.S. Highway 12 east of Asbury Lane and charged with driving in the wrong lane, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08, police said.
