Kostyantyn Novakovsky, 39, of the 900 block of Pleasant Street was arrested Sunday and charged with failure to use due care to avoid a collision and driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police. Novakovsky posted $100 and his driver’s license as bond and was given an Aug. 18 court date.
