Two people were arrested recently after a check of the license plate of their 1992 Ford Tempo revealed it had been reported stolen in Chicago, police said. Terra K. Williams, 24, of the 200 block of East St. Charles Road, Carol Stream, was charged with possession of a converted motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. Troy A. Johnson, 25, of the 500 block of East 88th Street, Chicago, was charged with criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, police said.
