A Westmont man was arrested Monday after officers investigated a report of loud noise and obscenities coming from an apartment in the 100 block of Virginia Street, police said. Anthony Kring, 27, of the 300 block of West Burlington Avenue was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
