Chad McDaniel, 21, of the 500 block of Redwood Road, Bolingbrook, was charged Thursday with having no front license plate, no seat belt, improper lane use, no insurance and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Police said McDaniel struck a mailbox with his car and drove away.
