An Arden Courts Alzheimer’s assisted-living facility is being developed in Geneva by Manor Care Health Services, a division of HCR Manor Care. Located on 4 acres at Bircher and Randall Roads, the single-story, 60-bed building under construction will have 26,000 square feet of living space and is expected to open in late spring.
