A 28-acre piece of land at 131st Street and Bell Road might become the second-largest commercial development in Lemont.
The owner wants to have the property annexed by the village.
If the property is developed commercially, it would be second in size to a development at State and Archer Streets.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the request Tuesday.
