Kenneth E. Atkinson, 34, of the 200 block of West Brainard Avenue, Harvard, was arrested Tuesday on Illinois Highway 173 and charged with driving while his license was revoked and without a rear license plate light, police said. Atkinson is to appear in court on June 20.
