A recent traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two Woodridge men after officers reported finding a wallet and allegedly stolen credit cards in their car, police said. Christopher C. Winfrey, 20, of the 2400 block of Waterbury Court was charged with three counts of theft and one count of unlawful use of a weapon, and David Pingel, 17, of the 1700 block of Maxwell Drive was charged with two counts of theft, police said.
