Grace C. Buzzello, 89, of Arlington Heights, who worked as a cook for 37 years, died Saturday, June 17, in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Mrs. Buzzello retired in 1984 after 11 years as a cook at Augustana Hospital, Chicago. She previously was a cook at M&J Restaurant, Chicago, from 1947 to 1973. “She was a very giving person,” said her niece Pat Polerecky. “She was a very hard worker. She’d drop what she was doing to help you. She helped all her family members. She was 20 years old when she took in two of her nieces to raise because their parents had died.” Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, followed by services, in St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive St., Arlington Heights.
