Birthday: Nov. 2.
Birthplace: Chicago. I was born in Rogers Park and I grew up in Naperville. My parents live in Hinsdale now.
Occupation: Actress.
Current home: Los Angeles.
Marital status: I’ve been married since Nov. 18 to Andrea Forrentino. We met in Italy when I was there doing a movie, “My Father’s Shoes.”
Working on: I play Victoria Santiago on “Resurrection Blvd.,” a dramatic series on Showtime, and I’m making a Showtime movie “The Little Mermaid.”
The last good movie I saw: “Erin Brockovich.”
I stay home to watch: “Friends.”
The book I’ve been reading: William Goldman’s “The Princess Bride.”
Favorite meal: Chocolate chip cookies and milk.
Favorite performers: Juliette Lewis, and John Travolta in “Grease.”
Personal hero: L. Ron Hubbard.
I’m better than anyone else when it comes to: Following through on things.
If I could do it over: I wouldn’t have started smoking. It made me shrink and I’d like to be taller.
I’d give anything to meet: L. Ron Hubbard. He saved my life. Before I discovered Scientology 3 1/2 years ago, I had tons of problems. Without it I never would be where I am today.
The one thing I can’t stand: When people violate their own personal integrity.
Most irrational act: When I was a freshman in high school, I blew up five lockers by setting a piece of paper on fire that was wrapped around a curling iron. I was a mess in high school.
Most humbling experience: After I won the part of Chevy Chase’s daughter in “National Lampoon’s Vegas Vacation,” I thought I had it made. I thought I’d never have to audition again. But the movie just came and went and I realized I needed to do a lot more work.
The three words that best describe me: Passionate, driven and fluid.
