Grazyna Jablowicz, 48, of the 3900 block of North Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, was arrested Sunday after she allegedly left Walgreens, 1701 E. Kensington Rd., without paying for $22 worth of hair products. Jablowicz was charged with retail theft, police said.
