Ruth E. Williams, age 95, passed away August 18, at our Lady of Angels, Joliet. Former resident of Mayslake Village, Oak Brook. Longtime resident of Chicago’s South Side. Ms. Williams was an English teacher and counselor at Simeon High School retiring in 1966 after 47 years with the Chicago Board of Education. Daughter of the late Eugene and Margaret, nee Sheehan; sister of the late Joseph and Edgar Williams. Funeral Mass Monday, 10 a.m. at St. Alexander Church, 7025 W. 126th Street, Palos Heights.
