Donald W. Lancaster, age 67 of Midlothian, IL, died Wednesday, October 4, 2000 in St. James Hospital, Olympia Fields, IL, he was born February 20, 1933 in Deckerville, MI, the son of William and Berla, nee Spencer, Lancaster. He was a retired truck driver and Teamster member. He graduated from Deckerville High School in 1951. He is survived by one son, William Lancaster of Holly, MI; one daughter, Lori Lancaster of Chicago, IL; one brother Arthur Lancaster of Berwyn, IL; and one sister Mrs. Gerald (Lorraine) Kenny of Deckerville; also his mother Berla Lancaster of Deckerville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Monday in the Apsey Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Griggs will officiate. Burial will be in Downing Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be given to the McGregor Methodist Church.
