Apologies: Last week, we ran the wrong photograph with a story on Il Coccio, a Naperville shop that specializes in Italian tableware. Here is an example of what you will find at Il Coccio: This charming pitcher (right), from the Flamino line, is inspired by the French Impressionist Claude Monet and the streets of Rome. Standing 12 inches tall, the hand-painted earthenware pitcher can double as a vase and sells for $120.

Other great finds at Il Coccio: The Pimpinelli line, painted with elegant patterns of lemons and other fruits, ranges from $22 for a mug to $285 for a large cachepot. The 22-inch-wide square platter from the Alcantara collection (shown below) costs $208. Il Coccio (which means “earthware”) is at 231 S. Washington St., Naperville. Call: 630-848-1323.
