Kozik, 98, passed away September 22, 2000, loving sister of the late Chrystine Kozik, the late Elizabeth Vennekamp and the late Suzanne Stortz; beloved aunt of Walter Vennekamp, George (Suzanne) Stortz, Jan (Ellen) Stortz; fond great-aunt of Phillip and Geoffrey Stortz, Kathryn (Brian) Hummert and Diane (Mark) Hutnyan. Services were held on September 25, 2000, at Saint Peter & Paul Church. Burial took place at Bohemian National Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were held by H.
