A 32-year-old West Palm Beach, Fla., man recently was arrested after allegedly trying to leave Abercrombie & Fitch, 164 Oakbrook Center, without paying for 24 articles of clothing valued at $1,188, police said. Margarito Ferrara was charged with felony retail theft and possession of a theft-detection device, police said.
