Louise B. Cooper, nee Brown, age 89, the longtime publisher and editor of the Elburn Herald, passed away Nov. 27, 2000, beloved wife of Richard; daughter of the late Holly and Eva Grace, nee Wiliams, Brown; loving mother of three sons, Richard, Stephen and the late Peter Cooper; and mother-in-law of Sharon and Gail Cooper; fond grandmother of Richard, Sara, Peter, Tobey, William and Samuel Cooper and a great-grandchild, Finn Cooper. Visitation Sunday, Dec. 3, 2 to 5 p.m. at Conley Funeral Home, 116 W. Pierce St., Elburn. Private family services will be held at a later date. Interment to follow at Blackberry Cemetery, Elburn, IL.
