Sol Goodman, 79, dearly beloved husband of Alice, nee Lemko, WWII Vet, Staff Sgt. 2nd Battalion, 136 Infantry Division, devoted father of Marshall (Vicki), Craig and the late Bryan Goodman; loving grandfather of Robert and Steven; dear brother of the late Benjamin, Mildred, Yetta, Jack, Mary, Dave and Abe; fond uncle and great-uncle of many, many nieces and nephews. Funeral services Wednesday, 2 p.m. at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie. Interment Westlawn Cemetery.
