Nicki Kimberly Roycroft, nee Barr, born April 9, 1967, was called home to rest Saturday, Jan. 7, 2001 at age 33, after fighting a long battle with kidney disease. Daughter of the late Norman Barr and Mary Mitchell of Chicago, IL. Raised by the late Harry Mitchell, later moving to Florida, finishing her days in Austin, TX. She is survived by her husband Rodger Roycroft; mother Mary Mitchell; grandmother Edna; sister Jacqueline Mitchell of Palm Harbor, FL, brother Jeffrey (Lauren) Barr; and nieces Jennifer and Lindsay in New Jersey; her grandma Rose Merz in Illinois; and her extended family; in addition to her extended family in New Zealand with Rodger’s mother Shona Roycroft. Preparations will be made in Austin, TX by Austin-Peel & Sons. Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Shoreline Christian Center, 15201 Burnet Rd., Austin, TX 78708, conducted by Pastor Sam Mata.
