Kenneth A. Murison of Wheaton. A Memorial service celebrating the life of Kenneth A. Murison, 77, will be held Saturday, January 27, 2001 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Itasca, 207 E. Center Street, Itasca. Born May 20, 1923, in Waskada, Manitoba, Canada, to David and Janet Murison, nee Lovie. Ken died Friday, January 19, 2001, as the result of an automobile accident. Ken was a veteran of World War II Pacific Operations prior to his graduating Suma Cum Laude from the University of Illinois in 1947. Ken spent his career in the marketing and advertising profession and was still working at the time of his death. He was also involved in many civic and volunteer projects and was a member of the Firest Presbyterian Church of Itasca, as well as an active member on the Theosophical Society in America, Wheaton Chapter. Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Gladcyce “Glady”; loving father of daughters, Candy and Laurie (Mark) Seames and son Craig; and cherished grandfather of Corrie (Michael) Caldwell, Maggie, Jason and Aaron Seames.
