Fred Carl Weber, age 66, of Fort Atkinson, WI, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away at his residence on May 25, 2001. He was born in Chicago on January 20, 1935 to Katherine and Harry Weber. Fred graduated from Kelvyn Park High Scool in 1957. After serving in the U.S. Army, he worked for a number of years as a bricklayer in the Chicagoland area. In 1959 he married Mary Catherine Curran, also of Chicago. Together they had four children. Fred was predeceased by Mary Catherine in 1968. In 1970 he married Dolores Comerford. Together they built a home in Fort Atkinson where he and his family spent many enjoyable weekends and vacations. In 1997, Fred retired after 33 years of employment as an engineer for the Chicago Public School System. In 1999 he and Dolores moved from Chicago to Fort Atkinson, WI. Fred is survived by his wife, Dolores; daughters, Donna (Joseph) Panico of Janesville, WI, Patricia (Robert) Minutillo of Floyd Knobs, IN, Carolyn (Joseph) Minutillo of Floyd Knobs, IN; and son, Michael Weber of Chicago, IL; grandchildren, Alexis, Rebecca, Eric, Joseph, Robert, Jennifer, Elaina, Vincent, and Dominic; brother, Elden Weber of Oak Forest, IL; aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Karl Raab of Chicago, IL. Visitation will be held on May 31, 2001 from 4 to 9 p.m. at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, IL. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 1, 2001 at the funeral home. Interment immediately following at Mount Emblem Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Hospice, 147 W.
