I have given my wife instructions that on the occasion of my death, she should immediately put in calls to a lawyer, Johnnie Cochran, if he’s available, and a minister, Jesse Jackson, if he’s not too busy with the Jackson cause of the day, to “look into” the circumstances of my demise.

They should be asked to wait a decent amount of time–a week maybe–before filing a wrongful-death lawsuit against whoever they determine was negligent in the case of my departure. Maybe a furniture manufacturer if I die in bed. Or any doctor who wasn’t available to save me.

I think it’s a grand idea. Find someone to blame and profit from it.
