Nathaniel Kendall Poole, 70, US Air Force Veteran, of Naperville, IL, formerly of Bolingbrook, IL. Nate was the beloved and cherished husband of Dorothy, nee Lewandowski, for 43 years; loving and devoted father of Cheryl (James) Bonk, Susan (Kevin) Petschow, Christine (USAF Major Joseph) Gootee and Kendall (Randall) Alderks; and loving grandfather of Kiley, James Joseph III and Keaton Bonk, Madeline and Tristan Petschow, Meghan, Sydney and Alaina Gootee, and Adelaide, Hannah and Olivia Alderks; godfather to James J. Bonk, III, Jeanna Falduto and Michael Lewandowski. He was preceded in death by a brother, Willard Cleveland Poole, III; and his parents, Willard Cleveland, Jr. and Harriet S. (Kendall) Brown. Visitation will be on Friday, from 2 to 9 p.m. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill Street, Naperville. A funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, at 9:30 a.m. at SS.
