John W. Shoemaker, formerly of Cary, IL, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2001 in St. Petersburg, FL. He retired from National Wood Window and Door Manufacturers Association in Park Ridge, IL, where he was the Executive Vice President. Survivors include his wife, Arlene; two sons, David and Richard; daughter, Diane Kathrein; two sisters, Susan Krause-Liebman and Betty Kupfer; three grandchildren, Colin, Austin and Laura.
