After reading Molly Ivins’ “The oppressive world we may unwittingly create” (Commentary, Nov. 1), I must share my continuing irritation with her columns. This one is particularly off-putting. She lambastes every possible thing that she could about the current anti-terrorism policies and, as though that is not enough, she has to include her usual diatribes on economic policy.
It is embarrassing that she is a woman and reinforces the stereotype of women going on with senseless prattle.
