Patsy J. Klootwyk, age 56, of Merrillville, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2002, survived by husband Wayne; daughter Dawn (Jeff) Hudock of Valparaiso and son Allen Klootwyk at home; mother Virginia Swieringa of Highland; brothers Charles Swieringa of Highland and Cornelius (Lorianne) Swieringa of Dyer and sister Peggy Michaels of Massachusetts. Preceded in death by son David; and father Cornelius. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville, IN on Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. at the Pruzin Brothers Chapel.
