A Sugar Grove construction worker was arrested after police said he admitted to stealing $44 worth of lumber from a construction site in the 3000 block of Francis Court and bringing it to his site in the 2600 block of King Edward Court. Police said Michael Malawski, 37, of the 700 block of Stone Hill Court was charged with theft.
