Cornelius “Mark” Phipps Sr., age 81, of St. Charles, formerly of Glen Ellyn, devoted and loving husband of Jean D., nee Ecklor; beloved father of Neil (Carole) and Hal (Eileen); cherished grandfather of Matthew, Aimee, Hal Mark and Kyle; fond brother of Mary Jane, Betty (the late Leroy) Ullrich and David (Alice); also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews and friends.
