Hoffmann, passed away at the age of 74, loving husband of Rita, nee Dillon; dear father of Rand (Michele), Rick (Pat) and Jane (Mark) Hauser; beloved grandfather of Rick, Erin, Stephen, Michael, Christopher and Eric; brother of Janette (Fred) Martin and the late Jean (Fred) Bacon; fond uncle to many.
