I can’t count the times we were taught in elementary school that one leaky faucet wastes tons and tons of water. I don’t remember ever being taught about the fact that everyone should be respected no matter what their sexuality or their color is. Now as a New Trier High School student, I see so much racism around me. I wonder, if one video on hate had been substituted for one on the benefits of conserving water, what might have happened.
