I wanted to thank you for the headline “Arafat avoids a call to ban terror attacks” (News, Sept. 10) as it accurately describes the lack of commitment Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat preached.
Many other papers inaccurately depicted Arafat’s speech as a call to end suicide bombings.
But the Tribune described it well.
