Whether or not one group has or hasn’t cloned a child isn’t really the issue. People can make laws against cloning up to their ears, but it won’t matter. Morality is irrelevant. Ethics are irrelevant. Man has too great a need to achieve that which hasn’t been done yet.
Sooner or later, someone will clone a human being, and all the laws in the world won’t stop it.
