A Chicago man was arrested after police recently saw him driving erratically on Illinois Highway 72 east of Walker Street. Police said Patricio Hernandez, 42, of the 1700 block of West Granville Avenue was charged with driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol level above .08 percent, failure to yield to a police vehicle and improper lane usage.
