Eugene L. Ice, 79, of Chicago, former Musical Director of Encore Theatre and Editor of Dodge Construction News. Born November 22, 1923, in Muskogee, OK. He passed away peacefully January 23, 2003, in Buffalo Grove, IL. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 8, at the Church of Three Crosses, 333 W. Wisconsin St., Chicago.
