Hazel L. Matson, age 94, passed away February 21, 2003, at the Michealsen Health Center in Batavia, IL. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Matson; loving mother of William (Joan) and James (Karen); dearest grandmother of Steven (Kathy) and Laura (Peter) Bjorlin, and the late John; adored great-grandmother of Emily, Erik, Hannah and John. Visitation Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Edgebrook Evangelical Covenant Church, 6355 N. Spokane Ave., Chicago, IL 60646. Funeral Service will follow at 4 p.m. Family and friends will meet Monday 10 a.m. at Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines for the interment.
