Charles P. Cervenka, 84, died Tuesday, March 4, 2003 in Gautier, MS. Mr. Cervenka was a native of Chicago, IL and a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a retired Quality Control Supervisor and a member of Nativity BVM Catholic Church in Biloxi. He was preceded in death by his first wife Mary; his parents, Frank and Mary Cervenka; his brother Frank Cervenka and his sister Christine Tolkson. He is survived by his wife Nina Cervenka; his daughter Maryann Parrish, Pass Christian, MS; two sisters, Ann Kujak and Marie Lukas both of Illinois; four grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Riemann Memorial Funeral Home in Gulfport with services following at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Gulfport. The family requests memorials to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, 12290 DePew Rd., Gulfport, MS 39503.
