Harriet Brand wrote how tests are biased for whites over blacks.

She wrote how there is not one question that was written for blacks.

There are a lot of letters like this, and one thing is always common in them:

There is never an example of the questions and how they are unfair.

Also there is never an example of a question that favors blacks.

I would find it interesting to see a question that would be fair to blacks and not whites.

It’s easy to criticize but hard to show an honest evaluation.
