Here are two suggestions to improve road safety:
– All vehicles using roads, highways and expressways should be required to have a bumper the same height from the ground. I have a conventional passenger car and if encountered with an SUV or truck, the middle of my trunk or grille would be smashed–not to mention the number of cars that run right under the back end of a truck.
– All vehicles should have headlights the same height from the ground. Headlights of SUVs and trucks that are a foot higher than those on passenger cars are a menace when oncoming and blinding when they come up behind.
