Thomas E. Maltese, age 76, of Hudson, FL, formerly of Des Plaines, IL, died Nov. 24, 2003 due to complications from cancer. Beloved husband of Marilyn, nee Holter; loving father of Jeanne, Laura and Andy; devoted son of the late Andrew and Jenny; dear brother of Roy (Jann); proud grandfather of Quinn, Cooper, Tom and Heather. Retired from the Art Institute of Chicago. Member American Legion Des Plaines Post No. 36. Tom will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Memorial services were held Nov. 28, 2003 at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home, Hudson, FL.
