This is regarding “Catholic school to test all kids for drugs” (Page 1, Dec. 4). After reading the article about St. Patrick High School and its new policy of drug testing every student without provocation, I had a thought: I wonder how the faculty of St. Patrick square their decision to the students when they teach them about the Constitution, especially the 4th Amendment, which guarantees the right of privacy in one’s person and papers?
