Ann E. Zollars, nee Altemus, 83, passed away on Jan. 6 in Elk Grove Village, IL. She was the beloved wife of the late Nelson R. Zollars; loving mother of Margaret (Michael) Sing and Elizabeth; dear grandmother of Emily; dear sister of Sara (Donald) Taylor and Muriel (the late William) Jones; sister-in-law of Marguerite (the late Clyde) Altemus, Verne (the late Clair) Altemus and James (the late Julia) Perhats. She was preceded in death by Cora (Albert) Bouch, Benjamin (Anna Mae) Altemus and Mary (George) Woods. Aunt to several generations of nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, Jan. 17, 2004 at 12 noon at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association or the Women in Military Service for America Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, would be appreciated.
