Stanley Smuda, age 96, Navy Veteran, originally from Chicago and lived many years in Westchester, IL with his sister, Irene Ciesielski; beloved husband of the late Primrose, nee Parker; devoted brother of Irene Ciesielski, George Smuda and the late Adam, Frank, Sophie Matusek, Edwin and Clara; loving uncle of Rose Cunneen, Joyce Kaczmarek, Connie Kennedy, Arlene Payne, Kathy Pellegrino and the late Ronald Ciesielski and John Matusek; great-uncle of many. Visitation will be held Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of Service at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home, 17W201 Roosevelt Road (just west of Rt. 83), Oakbrook Terrace.
