Lord knows the long-planned “Superman” movie could use some help. But is Clark Kent ready for Beyonce?
Movie gossip Web site Ain’t It Cool News said director McG wanted the Destiny’s Child singer to play Lois Lane. Well, by Thursday that rumor was dead, the site reported. Beyonce is apparently no longer being considered for the coveted part.
But a second juicy casting tidbit–Johnny Depp as Lex Luthor–has yet to be denied. Then again, it hasn’t been confirmed either. And, frankly, we don’t want to see Johnny shave his head.
Meanwhile, you can see Beyonce in something a little sexier than Lois’ business suits when her super-tour with Alicia Keys and Missy Elliott stops in Chicago on April 2.
