John “Jack” Edman, husband for many years of Natalie, nee Heyer; father to his beloved daughter, Elizabeth Brogdon; brother to Lilias and Mary Edman. After graduating from the University of Michigan and their Law School – Law Review – Jack joined Kirkland, Fleming Law Firm for a number of years before becoming Assistant Director at Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. He was forced to take early retirement due to Parkinson’s Disease and put up a valiant fight for the last 15 years. He also served his country well as a soldier in Germany during World War II. Memorial Services will be held later on the East Coast. We would appreciate your remembering Jack in your prayers.
